At Mai Parfum, we want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
Because our perfume oils are personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. This is for hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety of all our customers. We hope you understand.
If you’d like to return an unopened product, please contact us at orders@maiparfum.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and give you the correct return address.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect (see below). We’d recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to process a refund for items that don’t reach us safely.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it’s unopened and in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, we’re sorry — and we’ll make it right. Please contact us at orders@maiparfum.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage or incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
What if I change my mind before my order is dispatched?
If you’d like to cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible at orders@maiparfum.com and we’ll do our best to help.
