By placing an order with Mai Parfum, you agree to the following terms:
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- We accept all major credit and debit cards
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver within the UK at a flat rate of £3.95
- UK delivery times: 3-5 business days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
International Shipping
- We ship internationally at a flat rate of £9.95
- International delivery times: 7-14 business days (varies by country)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country
- Mai Parfum is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened perfume oils
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at orders@maiparfum.com
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days
Product Information
- We make every effort to display colours and descriptions accurately, but cannot guarantee exact appearance
- Perfume oils are for external use only
- Keep away from children and pets
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
Limitation of Liability
Mai Parfum is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please review product ingredients before purchase if you have known sensitivities.
